i have a trek XO1 whith a alloy fork(stock) has anybody tried any carbon ones??is it worth the money

Highly doubt it. Most of the carbon forks weigh almost the same as an aluminum Kinesis or a lightweight steel fork. Only the Ame fork offers a big weight savings (a few ounces) Also the Wound-Up fork doesn't seem to have very good mud clearance if you like to run fatter tires.
