Is anybody using these top mount levers from Paul? Good, bad or ugly?

I installed a pair on my cross bike earlier this season. Although they can be a bit tricky to get set up they are pretty sweet. The sticky point on installtion seems to be getting smooth cable routing to prevent any drag of the housing that will slow lever return. These levers mount on the bugle part of the bar as opposed to the necked down section like the Empellas that I have seen. I actually used an o-ring to act as a return spring. I wouldn't say that they are a must have for all technical sections but there are certain situations that they absolutely rock, especially if you come across one in a race. It has a good beat and I can dance to it so I give 'em an 8.

A friend of mine has them and they are okay. I have the SRP one's and they are much lighter, smoother, and have a barrel adjuster. Ck them out at their website.
Where's the SRP website? (nm)Stampertje
