|Looking for reports from anyone who was there this past Sunday. Field sizes, course layout, results, anything. |
Thanks in advance.

|I didn't get a good look at the women's or the A's, but Masters had about 25 folks and the B's maybe 30.
The course was dry and fast with only two runups where you really had to shoulder the bike. There were about 6 barrier groupings, and two paved sections - one 50 yards and the other closer to a quarter mile or so. Most of the course was grass. The one big grassy descent was pretty hairy - fast and off camber into a sharp left turn over barriers.
To give you an idea of the lap size, the winner in B's did 7 laps in 41:30 or thereabouts, so about 6 minutes a lap.
As for results, the guy who won masters got right back in the field for B's and won that. He was a tall guy on a Waterford.
Hope that helps,

|I thought the course was layed out very well. B race (what I did) had a total of 36 signed in. The A race appeared to have even more than that. It was won by some guy in Jelly Belly gear.
I'm going to try to attach a pic from the race of the nasty downhill.

|I kept hearing people yell "go Mica".
Did you have any identifying characteristics? I was wearing a black long sleeve with black tights and a yellow/orange helmet, riding a blue gunnar single speed.

|I was the tall guy in blue and white long sleeves. I was riding a light green home made steel frame. Finished 10th. Are you going to the next race? If so I'll see you there.|| |
