Time ATAC Pedals(3 posts)

So I scored a used set of Time ATAC pedals (plastic body/steel axle). Put some new cleats on my shoes and away I went.

Couple rides later I'm checking out my cleats and notice a significant amount of wear on the lower outside portion of the cleat. What gives? Did I mount them wrong? Should they be at an angle. Right now the cleat is lined up with the heal/toe of my shoes.

Help!

TIA

if they are new they should not be worn. Time ATAC cleats have that look new. The idea is that one side is sloped more than the other and reversing them on your shoes gives you either a 15 or 20 degree float. One side has a star on it so you can tell which should go on which shoe.
