|Best Brake setup?||d-mon|

|I just bought a used redline for cyclocross. The bike came with STI and the previous owner had replaced the canti brakes with Mini Max (?) brakes and had put on a spooling device to make up for the long throw on the STI's. The brakes work okay, but I have found that they are hard to adjust (compared to MTB V-brakes) and the brakes seem to be cheap; i.e. coat hanger wire springs etc. My question is - What is the best brake setup to use with STI?
Thanks in advance

|The MiniMax's aren't that bad. MrGrumpys from SRP are the best.
Just stay away from v brakes if you get any kind of mud because they tend to drag...and you can run into problems if your wheel gets out of true,also
