Where do I find information on the Winwood forks forks?

I haven`t found anything online but the Quality catalog gives only the following- Winwood Muddy Carbon Cross Fork
cantilever brake bosses,aluminum crown and steerer
comes in 1" and 1 1/8" threadless
distance from axle center to crown 403mm
1" model weighs 650g
1 1/8" model weighs 686g

I looked at these forks on the Bianchi website (via an earlier post) and it looks like this is the same fork with Bianchi stickers. They seem to have eyelets on them--presumably for mounting a fender. Is this true? How about mounting a light front low-rider rack there? Sure its a CF fork, but if it's knarly enough for cyclocross it should be able to take the weight? Comments?
