|Does anyone use suspension seatposts here? Is weight a major issue? Any experience w. U.S.E. Alien RX? Thanks for your input!|

|You will find a lot of reviews on www.mtbr.com. Weight is only an issue if it is for you. Normally, the lightest ones tend to be the best in terms of comfort, for light is expensive to achieve. Buyers of expensive seatposts will demand good riding qualities as well.
I only know about the Rockshox, those develop some sideways movemant after serious use, but perform ok and are easily adjustable. However, perhaps less effective in wintertime due to Elastomer damping...

|I really dig my rock shox (road post on a Poprad)! My ass is particularly greatefull. My understanding is that the USE are quite nice. Next time around I'll spend the extra 30 for a USE. A small price to pay when you think about long term effects on your body.|| |
