Just got mine Friday, and I weighed it in at almost exactly 24 pounds. Yeah, pretty heavy.

Mine isn't EXACTLY stock - I swapped out the SPDs for Time ATAC, and the crappy bar-end shifters for RSK STI type brake levers/shifters. Shouldn't make a huge difference, though.

Not stock through. I got a poprad frame/fork and built it up for racing, and used some xt mtn components, spinergy sr-3 wheels, salsa cx bar/stem/post/seat. Was hoping it would weight less, but guessing the steel fork is heavy and salsa stuff is not that light either. Very nice riding bike!!
