About bagman racksPierre

I saw once a page with a homemade bagman-type-rack, but that was using the seatpost clamp and clamping together with the seat. This way it was not taking any space on the seat rails like the bagman rack does.

Unfortunately I don't manage to find this page again, anybody seen it ? I did some search on google, also on rbr, I cannot remember how I happened to see this page...

Pierre:

That's MY rack. I had it made to my specifications so that I could use a Carradice bag with a Flite saddle. Here's the page you're looking for:

http://www.geocities.com/marchantshapiro/strange_ideas/saddlebag2.htm

I've been using it with various Carradice bags (mostly a LSLF) for over a year, and it's doing quite well. However (in case you're interested) I am now looking to sell it, as I have gone back to Brooks saddles. If you're interested, please contact me at (marchant) + (shapiro) + (at) + (hot + mail) + (dot) + (com). Just decode the antispammed address to contact me.
