Tires are glued to the rim, with valve extenders...how the heck do I inflate them???

I don't really understand the question- did you use removable valve cores? Or did you screw on a valve extender and not open the valve? If you did the later you're screwed. You'll have to unscrew the valve extender and try to open the valve or pull the tire off and do it the right way and remove the valve core and install Vitoria valve extenders. The you get to re-glue. FUN FUN FUN!!!

Valve length is a problem with the deep aero rims and tubulars. Clincher tubes now come in a longer valve options, but not so with tubulars.

It is common to leave the valve nut open. Glue the tubluar as normal. Now thread on the valve extender and inflate fully. Some models of extenders are simple tubes. You ride with the valve nut unthreaded. Presta valves are designed to be used with the nut locked down, and in some cases the valve may in fact leak a bit. Generally, I would not consider this a "defect" as such, as the manufacturer intended the nut to be closed. There are also extenders that allow the nut to be secured.
