|I would like to replace the bar tape on my bike soon as it's beginning to wear through at certain points. I am also going to replace the cables at the same time (see post below). The thing is I have never replaced bar tape before and have no idea how to do it!
Are there any 'how-to' sites on the internet?

|Zinn describes it well. You'll need this book anyway. Only importance is to apply constant tension when you wrap and move from inside out, i.e. start on the low end of the drops facing the stem and move around the bar up and out. This really is not rocket science. You can always unwrap and try again and do it ten times until you got it right.|

always leave housing an inch or so longer and the cables three or four inches longer than you think you need them and trim them at the brake calipers / derailleurs once the tape is in place.
on a related note, does anyone know a site with tutorials on how to wrap with two colors intertwining, or any of the cool weaves that i've seen on extra show-off bikes?
