|Friend gave me one; barely used. Anyone have any experience with it? Are the tubular ti rails inherently weak?|

|They have held up for me. However, I'm not generally hard on equipment, even though I'm also using a Flite TT Ti saddle on my hard tail mtb. No problem.
One thing I sort of don't like about it is that the leather is sueded, not smooth. This tends to hold moisture more and chafe a little more on longer rides. It also feels substantially firmer than the SLR saddle, which flexes a bit in the middle.
|Mine has 56K miles on it. I weigh 180 lbs. (nm)||Kerry Irons|

|my Flite TT rails snapped after around 6 months of use. I weigh around 175 lbs. Now using an SLR XP. No problems so far.|| |
