|I saw a deal on icyclesusa.com for White Industry hubs for $39 a pair. This seems too good to be true. Are these road or mtn hubs, and, aside from a rim and spokes, what else would be needed to build these into wheels? I have both a road and mtn bike, so an extra set of wheels for either/both bikes is appealing.
Here's the description (the link is too long to post):
These hand polished, made in the USA hubs are 32 hole and take a standard rear skewer while taking a 20mm through axel in the front. These hubs are compatible with standard 3 bolt discs. However they can also be used with V-Brakes or Canti's, and are compatible with 8 and 9 speed Shimano cassettes. Skewer and through axel sold separately. We also sell the matching RockShox disc brakes and rotors for these hubs.

|The key is the 20mm through axle for the front hub. That requires a special fork. Won't work with what you have because if you had a through axle fork you'd know it.|
