Can anyone tell me abit about their experiences with Michelin Pro Light tires? How are they compared with Pro Race tires? How puncture resistant are they?

thanks

I had a pair once. They feel quite a bit flimsier compared to the Pro Race and the puncture protection layer has been omitted.

I personally love them. I had bought enough of them when they were closing out to have a couple of year supply. The roads I ride on are from to good to fair. The ride of the tire is very supple, 700 X 23. They also feel very good cornering. Tire wear is good for such a light tire. I've been getting 2,000 on the front and another 2,000 rotating the tire to the rear. They are a little difficult to mount the first time although not the worse tire I've ever worked with.

I use the pro race lights...
I road race and time trial on them, compared the tricomps I used to race on they are like riding on air, I really notice the lower rolling resistance.

Yes you don't have the puncture resistance, but in 2 years I have only punctured once with them.
They last me about half a season of racing on the Uks pothole infested roads.
