|Squeaky SPD cleats||biketx|

|I've been back to riding for the last couple of years after many years off. Used to ride old Look pedals/cleats, but have SPD-R on my two main bikes now. I've had three sets of pedals and three different sets of shoes, and all have started to squeak after a few hundred miles. Shouldn't be anything worn out. I thought maybe the cleats were too loose on the shoes, but they're good and tight.
Is this something others experience with SPD-R? I like the fit OK - better than the old Look stuff - but the squeak is annoying. I'd love to find a way to get rid of it.

|Try putting a little lube on the pedal platform.
The squeak is coming from there.
I have the same issue with my SPD-R's and my time atac's on my mtn bike.
I do that every couple of rides .
