Any alternative to Shimano freehub body?Dorf411

I am curious if there are any aftermarket replacement freehub bodies available. I seem to have the worst luck having my hub bodies failing. First the click becomes very faint then later over time it will occasionally skip briefly when starting out from a dead stop. Does anyone have this sort of typical failures. My failures tend to happen in less than 2500 miles. My problems are generally on wheels of 105 hub quality and 8/9spd configuration.
You can pop them off, soak them in a solvent andTFerguson

fill them with grease from the back side. Use a low viscocity grease, like grade 0, nor standard lithium or bike grease. Though none of mine have failed, I have done this to others that I have bought. Check the Park site for procedures and ask here if you need further expanation.
