durace chain CN-7700 and CN-7701?

I believe they "improved" the breakaway pin design that connects the chain.

The newer 7701 has every individual connecting pin center punched from both sides, which significantly increases the pin retaining force. You'll notice this immediately if you try braking the newer chain with a mini type chain tool. For MTB use it has made a big difference in reliability. For road riding I don't think it matters much unless you're in the habit of braking chains I guess.
