Yes it's Record Compatible as long as it uses the 10 speed rings.

As for the price... it's on par with most other places. That is not the Team Issue crank, but the 1st Generation crank. It has the alloy spider, not the carbon spider. It's a little heavier, and slightly less stiff. But it is still a nice crank.

I see nothing that identifies the spindle length or whether the crank requires an ISO or JIS square taper.

I've wondered about that several times. The Record BB is 102 and the FSA Ti is 103 but 30g lighter. I don't know what the ISO spec specifically is. Could the FSA simply be a little longer at the narrow end thus not effecting chainline?

Jis and Iso use the same taper,but the iso starts and ends slightly smaller. FSA list an ISO taper BB in the ultimax carbon ti,but only in 103mm and italian threading acording to their site. 1mm is not going to make a meaningful difference in chainline.
