|Need bike recommend for a friend with CP||owmynads|

I have a friend who wants to get into cycling, and he's got mild Cerebral Palsy. His motor disfunction shouldn't hold him back so much, but balance might be an issue. He was interested initially in a bent, but I'm tryin to steer him more towards a 3 wheeler. But then, I don't know.
1) Any recommendations on a bike?
2) Are there any agencies/organizations out there that work with folks to get them into bikes? Grants? Projects?

|I rode 70 miles with a guy who had one this year. It is a three wheeler. 2 in the front and one in the back and you sit very low to the ground. It is fast and handles like a sports car. I rode it around for a few minutes and you can't tip the thing over.
I also got passed going down hill by one. (Shame of all shames, being passed by a recumbent). I did catch back up at the top of the hill but I had to work at it. They are a fast stable performance ride.
They may be pricey, I didn't ask the guy what it cost, but it had carbon aero wheels on it so I'm sure it isn't cheap. I also see a guy on the MUT frequently riding a arm powered version of the greenspeed.
