SPD-SL pedals - screws too shortFastPete

Can anyone help me with this? I just got some SPD-SL pedals and the screws that come with them to attach the cleats to the shoes are too short. I'm using Carnac shoes with Look adapters.
Longer screws like that can't be bought at any hardware store (I tried three). And my LBS couldn't help me either. Does anyone know where to get longer screws?

longer screws should come with the shoes.
at least that's the case with sidi and northwave.
for these shoes the screws should be available as spare parts.
they should match with your carnacs, too.

I got 'em from Shimano, too ... called and had them in less than a week (for Sidis).
Contact Shimano for them.............nmTower

I have a shoe cleat screw kit. It has screws for the most popular pedals in various lengths. I think that it only cost me around $15.00 or so. I used it quite a bit when I had my shop, I can't imagine that any decent shop wouldn't have that kind of stuff.
