I am looking to replace my old cinelli 66 deep drop bars. They are 46cm. measured inside to inside. Does anyone know of a company that makes bars this wide anymore? The widest road bar I can find these days are 44's, or 46's measured outside to outside.....thanks

Remember.... no more 26.4. You'll need bars and stem.

Try Nitto, they have a 45, center-to-center, and Salsa makes (made?) the Bell Lap, I think they call it, which is wider across the drops (but narrower over the hoods.) I think Harris Cyclery/Sheldon Brown carries Nitto.
Bought a 48 and a 50 from Nashbar last yearCory

Just another one of the things that p!sses me off about a sport that attracts midgets...people are getting bigger and the range of bike parts is getting smaller. But I bought some cheap ($20) 50cm bars from Nashbar last year to put on my singlespeed. It was in pieces, so I tried them on the Atlantis to see how I liked them, and they're still there. I ordered another set, 48cm, for the single. I'm pretty much a Clydesdale, but I think if more people tried wide bars, you'd never see anything under about 42. They're WAY nice.
