Hub questions for 1992 Shimano 105WrigleyRoadie

I currently have a 1992 Diamond Back Master TG with 78-speed Shimano 105, which I'm going to turn into a winter bike. I haven't examined the bike recently (it's in storage), but I know the wheels are in rough shape - out of true and have stripped spoke nipples and a flat spot on the rear rim.

So, browsing on ebay, I see a few 7-speed options. The recent Tiagra stuff with a 7-speed cassette, and older stuff with a 7-speed freewheel.

I'm assuming I need the older freewheel stuff due to the change in width between dropouts since then. Does anyone think these will work?

If not, can someone point me in the right direction for some cheap replacement wheels? Thanks!

Probably cheaper than new and you know that hub works for your frame.
