Sigma - they are mounted with a rubber ring those came in 2 sizes - for normal and oversized bar. Wireless kit is an option (sold separately)

I have oversized 31mm Ritchey bars on my new Fuji and I went through this exercise myself. After purchasing a Planet Bike computer and having to return it, I did a lot of research on the subject. The computers I found that would mount on the oversized bars are:

Cateye Astrale (new 2003 model)
Sigma Sport (all 2003 models)
Vetta VT100 (RTxx models will NOT fit)

These would not fit:

Most Cateye's
Vetta RTxx
Performance Axiom
Planet Bike Protoge (too bad - neat computer!)
All Supergo brand computers
Topeak Panoram
Avocet

The 2003 Cateye Mity, which has the same body as the Astrale, might fit.

I went with the Sigma Sport BC1600. It mounts with bands so it fits fine.

Basically, you need a computer that mounts with zip ties or rubber bands. Anything that mounts with the "old style" plastic C-clamp won't cut it. And unfortunately most computers still use the older style clamp.
