Torque spec for pedals to crankarms??WiseGuy

I just bought a Dura Ace 9sp Crankset and I need to attach a pair of look pedals. I have the hex bit for the pedals and a torque wrench that measures in Ft/Lbs. How tight should the pedal axles be tightened?? Also, should I use some kind of lubricant or lock-tight on the threads??

Please advise!!

Pedal into crank:
Shimano - 307 in-lbs minimum
Barnetts - 300-360 in-lbs
Ritchey - 307 in-lbs
Campagnolo – 354 in-lbs

ft-lbs= in-lbs/12

Use grease.
