|On a prior post someone mentioned that the DA hub spoke holes are drilled in 2.3mm in diameter as opposed to the Ultegra being drilled for 2.6mm. Aren't most spokes 2.0mm in diameter? Any insight into the differences between these two hubs would be greatly appreciated.
I know the DA rear hub uses a titanium freehub body.

|so that it is easier for mass wheel producers to lace their wheels. With a proper sized hole, you would have to work the spoke to get around the elbow. The holes would have to be slightly larger than 2.0mm to get around the elbow at all.
Rinard (SpokeCalc) lists the 6500 as 2.6mm and the 7700 as 2.4mm.
