Just installed one. But the bottom of the stem is concave and therefore creates a gap between the stem and the top of the spacer. It makes me uncomfortable putting all the pressure on a small are on the spacer. Anyway to fix this? Does somesell a spacer that is rounded at the top?

That shouldn't be a problem. The pressure isn't all that much it only has to be sufficient to keep the headset adjusted properly.

no problems at all. But I have a King Headset, so maybe that helps.

Most of the pressure on any stem is carried through the steerer, not the spacers. The load on the frame is carried through the headset.
I also have two seasons on my EM90 with no problems.
