rear der. bolt to hold the cable has a washer with a little knob that bends over the der. body. YOu can put it in two different positions, one of them is wrong where the bent knob is on the wrong side. That, in effect, can cause your chain NOT go into your 12th cog very well because the knob will be pushing into the der. body once you shift to your smallest cog. WEird! found out about that today.

So make sure the knob of the washer is in the correct position. Peace out.
