|  Kudos to Zipp Customer Support | nazgul Sep 26, 2003 1:04 PM | | Last weekend my zipp 404 rear started freewheeling in both directions (luckily before the race). I took the hub apart and the little spring that makes the pawls engage was broken. I called their CS, spoke to Nathan and two days later I had three new springs and a set of pawls free.
