|Last weekend my zipp 404 rear started freewheeling in both directions (luckily before the race). I took the hub apart and the little spring that makes the pawls engage was broken. I called their CS, spoke to Nathan and two days later I had three new springs and a set of pawls free.
Way to go Zipp!

|These guys are doing a great job! I've gotten spokes, spacers, and bearings from Zipp within days after calling - all at zero charge. And they even have an 800 number!
