|I will be building up a new bike this fall and will possibly be buying Ksyriums. I heard for 2004 the Ksyrium SSC SL wheel will be replaced by an all silver rim and spoke scheme that vaguely resembles the '03 TdF Limited Edition (but no yellow stripe).
Any idea when we can buy these here in the U.S.?

|Ironically, I have found a few retailers selling TdF edition ones. Have not found one selling just 04 wheels.|

|A friend got a new Litespeed in the past month or so and they had the silver K's on them. IMO much better looking than the black model.
You may have a hard time finding them for awhile though as I would think most retailers have a stock of black ones that they want to sell first.

|I saw a pair in a bike shop in San Diego this past weekend. The dealer said they wouldn't be available for sale for about another month, although they are showing up on a few factory built bikes - he mentioned Litespeed, and others here have mentioned Cannondale. So it sounds like you won't have long to wait.|

|so they say. I think the real differences are the 04 do not have: titanium skewers, carbon hub pieces (I dont remember which pieces, but that is why the TDF are a tad lighter), or wheel bags.|| |
