ok i'm sick of campy. maybe it's a passing thing; maybe i'll like it again next week. right now i'm unimpressed with the kit and enjoy riding ultegra and 105 over chorus. the horror!

just for giggles, guesstimate what this might close for at auction on ebay:

2002 chorus 10 ergo shifters
c10 front derailleur
c10 rear derailleur
c10 bottom bracket
c10 13/29 cassette
black open pros/chorus hubs, hand built, 32 hole

~500 miles on the bb, ~5000 miles on the rest. all in "good" condition.

TIA!

Put together a nice "display" with the just right amount of the manufacturer's marketing fodder and some guy will bid more than (web)retail!

Good Luck,
Bryan

I don't have the faintest idea of what this upgrade is worth. On ebay I've seen used stuff go for what you could pay for the same item new.

I have Campy Chorus on my "new" Colnago Master X-Light (May '02). I upgraded to Record Ergo shifters and rear der. I got a good discount from my LBS and the owner recommended I just go that route instead of going full bore Record.

I'm very happy with the group, I have Ultegra on my '99 Klein with over 30K on it and it still functions but I prefer the Campy.

I saw the "new" Ultegra group on a bike and it looked nice.

5K on a Campy group means it just got broken in, or- if someone did not take care of it it could be cra*. Either way I would have to see it before I bid on it.....
