I just used it for the first time on my chain.

I'm wondering, how do you know when you should reapply it and how do you clean it off before putting on the clean application.

I understand it has wax so, does simple green work on that for the cleaning. Thanks for your help.
I have had good luck with the stuff.the bull

I get a shop rag and fold it a couple of times.
Then I lay the shop rag under the section of chain I am going to spray.I let the drippings fall on to the rag,as I do a steady "squirt" down the chain. Next I use the rag to clean the chain section I just sprayed. After doing this I move the crank to get my next section of chain exposed.I keep doing this until I have gotten the chain clean.

Here is the cool thing about T-9! There are sovlvents in the spray that clean. They evaporate and the wax is left on chain.
I do this every other ride, 100 miles,or after any ride in the rain.

Good luck - I really like the stuff.
