|D-A downtube shifter problem - left shifter/front derailleur||crankee|

|I have a recent set of D-A downtube shifters on my steel Basso. The left shifter (front derailleur) worked fine when shifting into the big ring, but I tinkered with the shifter (I unscrewed from the frame because it didn't look like it was seated right). Since then, no worky.
When I shift into the big ring, the shifter won't stay in place and thus the derailleur pushes the chain back onto the small ring.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

|The washers and spacers have to go in a specific order and face a specific way. You've got something switched. Check out how the other shifter is put together as a reference.|| |
