|Help W/ "Stella Azzurra" Carbon Bars||Trev84|

I recently acquired a "Stella Azzura" Carbon road
bar. I happened to notice that there was something
stuck in both ends of the tubes.
I was finally able to dig it out and, on both ends, it turned out to be a piece of plastic(-bag?). I turns out that it runs the entire length of the bars!
I tired to get it out, but it won't budge. I'd like to know if anyone out there knows if this could be part of the carbon layering manufacturing process and, if so,
should I just leave it in there? I don't seem to have much of a choice.

|If am I correct, they must layup the carbon then inflate a thin balloon/ bag inside to press the carbon into the mold and together during the curing process.
I imagine that it does not matter that it is there or not, and if you don't care I would just leave it be.
Put on the plugs, slap on some tape and enjoy.
