Now, if you'd only be so kind as to tell me your desired frame size, I will start scouring the internet to find you another steed--steel, of course. You did say that you just married-off a daughter. I think you deserve to celebrate with something new, something old, something that ISN'T 9/10 speed and lacks carbon in any way, shape or form.

Unfortunately, my daughter's decidedly un-Democratic wedding has left me a bit strapped for discretionary bike purchases. Hell, it's left me a bit strapped for non-discretionary BOURBON purchases, which is far more tragic.

But tell you what: If you come across a 1984 Univega Sportour (with Cyclone MK II; some, unfortunately, came spec'd with Shimano 600), it was the sweetest bike I ever owned and I'd like another one, so let me know. 59 cm should do nicely.
