Campy 10spd Driveline Wear/Slip???MrED

I have about 6K on my original Campy Record Cranks and Cassette. I am on my 3rd chain, and have just completed a full tune-up including cables and housings. My Cranks have recently started to feel like they slip momentarily on every 2nd/3rd revolution in certain gears. It's almost like the chain slips and then grabs. It is a recurring problem but is only limited to select gears. Has my cassette finally worn out (This seems early at 6K...)? Any other thoughts????
I would not doubt it.the bull

Usually one or two of the middle cogs wears out first (the most frequently used). The slippage normally appears right after installing a new chain. The slippage typically only occurs under heavy load (when standing for instance). 6K is not very good life from a cassette, though. Could indicate insufficient cleaning and lubing.
