Shimano fluorescent green grease is good for almost everything moving on your bike...I think they now call it Spin Doctor grease....although my jars still say Dura-Ace. Specifically for Ti screws or parts in contact with other Ti components use an anti-seize, Finish-Line or Loctite sell the stuff for instance. Finally, for a generic assembly grease you can use anything that's cheap.

I got this recommendation from Litespeed back in 1998 and have been using only grease everywhere (including Ti post and stem) with great success. I use Slick50 One Grease and it works very well, though I am sure there are other good greases out there.
