I heard Sidi has narrow sizes, but I can't find them anywhere. Are the half sizes (e.g. 44.5) the narrow version? If so, would the 44.5 be a 44 narrow or 45 narrow? Or am I just crazy.

The Sidi "slim" is available in the full range of sizes, both full and 1/2 sizes. Mine are size 43. I ordered mine a couple of years ago from Europe, but they're now advertised by Colorado Cyclist. I think (not positive) that any LBS that sells Sidi can order the slims, even if they don't normally stock them.

FWIW, my street shoe size is a 9 1/2 B. The Sidi 43 slim fits well, and could probably even fit an "A" width foot.

I always have problems finding shoes narrow enough to fit me. I have a few pairs of older Diadoras which were the best I'd found until the Sidis came along. They're the first shoes I've owned since Detto Piettros (back in the dark ages) which are narrow enough to allow me to wear a lightweight sock.
