|Dyno-Myte Kreitler Rollers||MKD|

|I am looking at buying these, but I am concerned they may be too much resistance and may have to get the Lytes. I will probably also get the headwind fan. My main concern is whether I can spin on easy days and in it what gear. I ride about 150-200 miles per week and enjoy climbing. Let me know, thanks.|

|Wanting to know if the Mytes are too hard for recovery spinning days.|

|I got the Kreitler Dyno-Lytes, I believe....work pretty well. I've only put a few hours on them, but found the resistance without a fan to be pretty good. I can still spin easily in a 39x19 or 39x17 and bump up to 53x17-11 if I want some good resistance. Rollers are great for balance and smoothness, but rough (at least for me) on the bum, b/c I've yet to get really comfy standing.
I'm a spinner on the road (usually around 100rpm, if not above) and find these rollers to be pretty much spot-on.
