|I just got a set of the G3 Scirroco wheels.
Do these have to be trued from inside the rim like the others or do they work with just the nipples and a regular spoke wrench?

|Then there inside the rim.
Order a tool to true them if the are in there.
You will probally have to true them before you stick them on your bike.I have yet to see a set of Campy rims true out of the box!

|I have a set of these wheels. You do not need to true them from the inside, although it's possible if you want to. You can true them normally, from the outside.
I've found that because of the lacing pattern, turning a nipple tends to have a more drastic effect then doing the same on a conventional 3 cross wheel, but they do true up nicely.
Mine were not true out of the box. I had my LBS do the initial true, and I've touched it up about 4 or five times in the last 500 or so miles. Actually, now that I think about it, I haven't had to true mine in a few weeks (about 250 miles or so).
