I'm an avid MTB'r looking for insight into this wheelset for a project road bike.

How do they differ from standard tire/tube wheels, and how much of a pain in the butt is changing a flat with them?

What are the advantages/disadvantages of them?

Thanks!

Hi tom, i think your post is getting passed over because it doesnt make sense. cronos have velocity rims, which would be no different than any other rim-clincher tire combo out there with regards to changing flats. If you do a forum search for "aerohead" you will get lots of good info.
DOH! it's the carbons, should have been more clear Link attachedTomFL

This is the wheelset I was referring to...

Shown in their "pre-2003" wheels.

Tubular rim....

Sorry for the confusion, and thanks for any input.
