|I would appreciate your feedback with respect to the overall ride and durability of the Cane Creek Crono Aerohead wheelset as an everyday training wheel. I am comtemplating on replacing my everyday training wheels (Mavic Cosmos)with the Crane Creek's due in part to their unique design and overall appearance qualities and more importantly the current pricing.
Your personnel experience and advise with respect to this wheelset is must appreciated.
Enjoy the Ride!

|I bought a set about a month ago. They seem OK except that the rim seam is pretty apparent and actually is filling with brake pad residue because it is uneven on the braking surface. A little disappointing, but I guess not a big deal. Other than that, they seem well assembled. They were true when delivered and have stayed true (but only about 400 miles of use). I am sure you are already aware that you true these wheels from the center using a small wrench which was supposed to be provided with the wheelset, but wasn't.
I can't say that I notice any great advantage over my prior wheels (Rolf Vectors).
I bought mine from Bike Nashbar. I suspect that the weight on its web site was understated as mine seem to have regular spokes instead on the piror year models double butted spokes, but I did not weigh them.

|I bought a set from SuperGo last week, and so far so good. I am a big guy at 240lbs, and outside of being able to hear the front spokes flex when I climb out of the saddle, I like them.
Search the forums hear and at Bicycling.com and there is a lot of feedback regarding the wheels...Good luck, and happy buying..
