ergobrain - a real failure(4 posts)

ergobrain - a real failuredwf

I had about 2000 miles on my very expensive ergobrain, that stopped calculating correctly. Tech support made me use my shop, even though I didn't buy it there, which was embarrassing. It occassionally works, and did so when they looked at it. It does not work now, and tech support has completely failed. It was much more expensive than flite deck for the same features, and very hard to install. I am very sorry i got it. I've heard the same from others. anyone else out there have the same experience?

mine's still OK. but it is way overpriced for what it does. you should be able to send yours back for warranty, no?

yeah, especially because campy sells itself on quality. I am disappointied with the quality of the centaur,as well, but I guess I am married to the gruppo.

I have two one on a 9sp cross the other on my 10sp. Picked them up on E bay for 90 bucks a piece.
