I need the replacement parts kit for the TrackPump 3/4.

I've tried Colorado Cyclist, Excel, and the third hand.

Any other ideas?

Thanks

I had a hard time finding a phone number, but was eventually able to get Blackburn's number from REI. I called to try to get some replacement parts. If you can believe it, they would have nothing to do with it..... They insisted that replacement parts just wouldn't do and that I receive their top of the line floor pump at not cost :-).

Their customer service rates right up there with Yakima sending me two new ski racks next day air at no cost because they thought it was a shame that that the rack system I bought a few months prior wouldn't fit the new car I had bought after I bought the rack!

Give 'em a call.

Had two well used blackburn mini pumps that needed new seals and springs. Called them up and they told me to send them in for service. Week later two brand new pumps arrive free of charge. First rate customer service.
