|Shopped around a bit for this wheel set. Everywhere I look it says Shimano only. Anybody know whether they work with Campy?

|The Cane Creek Aerohead is a 2002 wheel. It's only Shimano compatible, unless you run a conversion cassette. There are a few brands of these around, American Classic, Wheels Manufacturing...
However the 2003 version of these wheels is now called the Volos. It has a few changes from the Aeroheads, but comes in a Campy body as well. I have a pair, they are amazing. They have larger and stiffer hub shell, an offset rear rim, and come in Campy or Shimano bodies.

|actually, for what its worth i just got a pair of 2002 aeroheads and the rear wheel has an offset rim. According to the cane creek website the front and rear rims were supposed to be the same, so its a nice perk. anyways its a shimano freehub so ill shut up.

the freehubs on the 2002 and earlier versions are actual Shimano freehubs (as in made by Shimano).
