I posted a topic on this a while back.Ater I took into consideration what you all said, and What the LBS told me, Iam back.
Can you all tell me what the difference weight/performance/comfort would be between a set of wheels like Campy Protons as compared to a set of Mavic OP, or Velocity Aerohead built on Campy hubs? I am using Campy 9s.
I have a freind that I ride with that suggested using a Campy wheeel, I forget the name, but he says they are very good rims, does anyone know anything about this.
All the the bike shop will tell me is that either way I would be fine. I kind of figure this would be correct, I would just like to know performance Vs. doller Vs.ease of maint. which would be the better choice?
THANKS

The Aerohead/OP on Campy hubs will perform just as well as the Proton, and be just as light, but it will cost a lot less.
