|I seem to be having a problem with a set of Speedplay X-3 pedals. The are only about month old, and have about 150 miles on them.
There is a O ring gasket of some type on the inside of the pedals where the spindle enters the pedal body.On the right pedal this O ring has come out, on the left it has not.
The right pedal is also much harder to spin than the left.
The pedals are practicaly new,I don't think this should occur.
Has anyone seen this before? Or has anyone delt with Speedplays' warrenty dept. so I will know what to expect?

|I had the same problem on the first generation of X-2 composite body pedals. I called Speedplay and they had me send them the pedals, after they sent me a replacement set. I've also called them about getting a Speedy luber for my current X-1, they sent me the new end caps with the quick grease port at no charge. I've been riding Speedplay's for over 12 years and have only had to contact them those two times, they were great to work with. Call them.|| |
