zipp wheels <= 2002 or 2003 .. what did they change ?InTheMiddle

I know I have read in multiple places that the 2003s are redesigned or improved or something... can anyone refresh my memory on that one ?

I'm seem to remember thinking that the 2003s are worth the extra $... but can't remember (or find) why...

Thanks !
specifically the 303s and 404s (nm)InTheMiddle

The biggest change is the use of Sapin CX-ray spokes (lighter, stronger, more aero). New and improved technique for laying up the carbon tubular rims. Don't know how it's improved, but claimed to be stronger, stiffer, give a nicer ride, yadda yadda yadda.

I think they claim "over 200" updates to the hubs for 2003 too, but I have no idea what that entails. They look basically the same. The biggest hub revision was from their 2001 models (black, moderately crappy, made by edco) to 2002 (silver, carbon dust caps, much lighter).

I have a 2003 set and I'm a very satisfied customer, FWIW. But, I might have gone for a 2002 set for less money if the chance had presented itself.
