|SPD-SL/ Time Impact Pedals further down the road...||EdSned|

|Sorry to revisit the pedal question again...
I'm looking at the SPD-SL to replace my Looks, where the level of slop when the cleat is semi-worn is driving me mad.
I've read the reviews, but can anyone who's put some real miles on these (or at least on the cleats) tell me if you get the same vagueness/slop as with the looks after a bit of time?
Also, would anyone care to comment on how Time Impact cleat hold up? they're my other option, but I've seen a few cleats where the front red plastic "tooth" is heavily worn - does this affect things?

|I've got about 6 wks on my SPD-SLs and they are incredible! My previous road pedals have been: Campy Record and Look PP396. I hated the Campy's for their inconsistent entry/exit and fast wearing cleats. I hated the Looks for their creaking (despite trying numerous remedies posted here), premature bearing play and fast wearing cleats. Shimano has nailed the SPD-SL...quiet, durable, predictable, etc.
