|Anybody know if a 9-speed DA freehub body will work on a 9-speed Ultegra hub? Thanks!|

|Sorry, can't answer your question about 9 speed. I do know however that the 8 speed freehubs were not interchangeable.
Monster sprinter strip the freehub?

|I wish I had that kind of power! No, my DA hub body has been bent by a freak accident which I can't really describe very well in person, much less in writing. But the net result is that the body itself is bent and the cogs noticeably wobble as the wheel turns. Getting a lot of chain noise and occasional ghost shifts from said wobble.
So I basically need to replace the hub but I hate to throw away the perfectly fine ti DA cassette body, dig?
BTW, Ed, did you see my post for the new ride? I love the new bike--so much more comfy than the GT--and for way less than the Giant I was talking about before.

|...but not until it was near the bottom so I didn't respond. Very interesting about the ride quality. I'm a huge fan of value oriented parts so your new ride is great to see.
Drop me an email if you get at chance.

|It's also the same as the XTR body... so if you don't need it, sell it to a mountain biker.
