Lance's New OCLV Frame with NEW DA 10teoteoteo

From GW to you. More pics will be showing up as te day goes on. All Carbon--No Lemond Re-badge. I have to say the new shifters look a little goofy but my opinion doesn't really count much with Kozo....

I think both the shifters and cranks from the new DA 10 speed are ugly. I never liked the look or feel of Shimano levers before, prefering Campy, but these are even worse. The cranks are terrible. They had a nice looking set of cranks with the standard DA hollowtechs. Oh well. I sure won't be riding it.

The new frame looks ok. I'll be interested to see it in real life sometime.

Yeah, those are seriously ugly - ugly enough to kwell my urge to perpetually upgrade. Thanks for the pics.

Somebody please explain to me how that solid looking chainring can possibly be lighter than the current Dura Ace rings, 'cuz mentally, it adds at least a pound! I can't imagine they need to make the rings any stiffer.

I'd say all in all, that that bike is no beauty, but I'm sure it's functional. You have to be brave to mount your shifters sticking straight up like that though. I know I'd get laughed at... (Of course, deep down, I know I would like mine like that too).

Also, the saddle doesn't help. I bet that same bike would look at least 50% cooler with a Flite or other "sleek" looking saddle. It's amazing how much a saddle can kill the overall look of a bike. I'm not a huge fan of the "wheel hugging" seat tube either, but I bet that bike would still make me a lot faster! (Don't knock it until you can afford it, right?)

yea..those cranks remind me of the plastic ones you'd find on an old huffy or k-mart bike..eeek! and the shifters look like the old dura-ace models from the early nineties..ughh! as for the cranks it supposed to be a one piece BB/crank design like the cannondale hollow-tech cranks

"All Carbon--No Lemond Re-badge."

But, is this the 'one' we have been waiting for?? I'm putting my money on something 'new' making a showing at the Tour... first true mountain stage!!
